Accessibility statement

This statement covers the Prabhudas Lilladher Portfolio Tracker: the login page and the portfolio reports served by this application. It was prepared on 14 October 2026.

Standard

The target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with GIGW and IS 17802 practices where they apply to these pages. This application is being prepared for the SEBI digital accessibility circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/111.

How to use the reports

• Use the skip link to jump to the report.
• Tab to a data table, then use the arrow keys to move between cells. Press Enter or Space on a column heading to sort.
• Profit and loss amounts include a text cue as well as colour.
• A session warning appears 20 seconds before the idle timeout. Extend uses the existing server session and cannot go past the configured idle limit.

Account opening and KYC

This portal does not collect KYC and does not approve or reject accounts. Human video KYC, scanned document upload, and voice KYC are not pages in this application. To request one of those alternatives, call 1860 210 2222 or email [email protected].

Disability status

There is no registration form in this application, so disability status is not written to a client database here. The accessibility grievance form asks you to choose a status, including “Prefer not to say” or “Request helpdesk callback”. That value is sent only in the helpdesk email. It is not placed in the page address and it is not stored in the browser.

Known limits

• PDF statements are produced by an external service. This application does not generate or tag those files. See the accessibility notes for the content team.
• This application does not include video, so captions, audio description, and Indian Sign Language tracks are not attached here.
• Payment, e-sign, and chat widgets are not part of this application.
